Era commenced trading on 28th September 2006 following the closure for redevelopment of the most awarded Brisbane restaurant of the past 7 years, Circa. Former Circa owners, father and son team Bob and Brad Hamilton, moved their entire team, including Executive Chef Andy Budgen, to the new South Brisbane location.
With the new location came a new partner, Bob’s daughter Melinda Wright, and a new focus...a more casual style of dining than Circa but with the same emphasis on outstanding service, spectacular food and the best wines Australia and the world has to offer. |
