I just wanted to congratulate all your staff on a fantastic evening just recently. I have never been to a restaurant that has provided quality of service such as we experienced last Saturday night. To be honest, I expected it to be a little hectic and thought we might be jammed in with no room to move, but that was certainly not the case. Well done!

All my staff and their partners commented on the great food and service, which set the tone for a good night further on.

I just wanted to let you know that the Party on Saturday night was a wonderful success.

Ben and the other staff were absolutely AMAZING and I cannot thank them and the overall Era Bistro management for making my night as stress free and happy as possible. Ben by simple osmosis was able to pre empt my thoughts and spring into action in anticipation. The food was fabulous and the drinks flowed continuously. Many many thanks!!

I cannot thank your staff enough for their professionalism on Saturday I have had nothing but good comments from my family & friends on the service, staff, food and the whole venue in general.

I am also personally very happy with how the afternoon went, it was a fantastic afternoon and it all ran so smoothly thanks to your team.

A couple of things that I want to give a big thankyou to is whoever sorted out my balloons Saturday after I dropped them off (crazy story there but they got all tangled up in the car and half busted on the trip there) they were all untangled and placed out in the area redone when we turned up at 1pm and was so nice to see as they didn’t have to do that. Also forgot the gentleman’s name, but to whoever it was who sorted out the couple of tables for us after the party, as we had a good 20 odd sticking around as we had such a good afternoon and we wanted to party on and did so until around 11pm. I know you were pretty busy with other parties & bookings so to make the tables available to us was very muchly appreciated.

Era is one of my favourite bar/restaurants and have been there many times over the years and why I picked it for my party. I will be coming back for sure and wouldn’t be surprised that you will get some upcoming bookings for other milestone parties of my family & friends.

Melinda, you have also been a pleasure to deal with and thank you for your time and advice.

16th July 2011- Brisbane Catholic Education Office

I wanted to personally thank you on behalf of our management team for the absolute fabulous evening we had last Saturday (16/7). Every single person commented to me on how much they enjoyed the evening and how smoothly it flowed. The service was superb and everything well thought out for us. The meal itself .... well what does one say .... it was just the best meal any of us have had the privilege to enjoy. Out taste buds will never be the same again! The Chef’s choices were spot on and everyone left the evening feeling like they had been treated like royalty.

Thanks go also to Kate and Taryn who also looked after us on the evening. You were having a busy evening and their manner and professionalism in handling our large group in the midst of everything else that was going on deserves to be recognised. Kate actually made a recommendation to us of which white and red to choose. I had so many comments on how superb the wine was and we have a couple of wine connoisseurs in our midst. So well done to Kate. The wines were perfect.

So thank you for all your efforts and the excellence of service you provided us. I am so looking forward to my next excuse to come back and visit.

I wanted to send through an email to tell you what an amazing night we had on Saturday Night at our Function. Every element of the evening was perfect and so enjoyable from booking, to food, and all staff , right through to the completion on the event.

I would happily recommend Era as a function venue to anybody.

11th June 2011 - Raylinc Lichting Dinner

I just wanted to say thank you to you and all of the staff at Era. Our function was a huge success. The meal was one of the best I’ve had – and that comment came from quite a few mouths on the night. We will definitely be keeping you on our short list of venues and recommending you to everyone.
