Exclusive Tapanappa Wine Tasting Thursday 16th September, 2010 Brian and Ann Croser began Petaluma in 1976, which is recognised as Australia’s leading exponent of terroir driven wines. Croser exactingly matched varieties to regions and meticulously managed the vines in Petaluma’s "distinguished site" vineyards in Clare, the Adelaide Hills and at Coonawarra for 27 years. Committed to the research and development of new "distinguished sites" for specific varieties, Croser and his family have developed a Pinot Noir Vineyard at the cool, foggy apex of the Fleurieu Peninsula at Parawa, 300 meters above and just 8 kilometres north of the Great Southern Ocean. Tapanappa is the next step of the evolution of Croser’s lifelong mission to nurture the most expressive and unique terroirs of Australia. Taste the fruits of Brian Croser’s labour, matched with a mouth watering range of canapés prepared by Era’s Executive Chef, Marcus Turner, and his team. Era’s Next International Tasting - Wines of Spain Wednesday 20th October, 2010 from 7 PM Following on from the success of our Italian wine tasting in July, we will showcase some of the best tipples from Spain at our next international wine tasting. Cellar Night at Era – BYO Evenings every Monday to Thursday Era Bistro offers patrons “Cellar Nights” (BYO) Monday – Thursday for wine aficionados and novices alike for only $15 per bottle.
